Elijah is a seasoned leader with nearly 20 years’ experience in Christian ministry across the UK and USA. He has led and pastored churches, served in senior church leadership, planted churches, and supported ministries in their growth and development. Beyond ministry, he has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector, having led community organisations and held a national leadership role in an NGO engaging with 3,500 community networks.

An entrepreneur at heart, Elijah sold his first business at the age of 21 and continues to bring an innovative mindset to leadership and organisational development. He is passionate about empowering teams, fostering impactful communities, and driving sustainable growth in both faith-based and not-for-profit sectors.

Elijah is married to Jo, and together they have four children.
